I had such a great experience at Spa City Vascular & Wellness. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. They explained everything clearly and made sure I understood my options and what to expect every step of the way. What really stood out was how informative and thorough they were without ever being overwhelming. You can tell they really know their stuff, and they genuinely care about their patients. And somehow… it was actually kind of fun? The team had great energy, a sense of humor, and created a relaxed vibe that made the whole process surprisingly enjoyable. I have been going to these wonderful ladies from the day they opened. We have worked together on repairing my legs to get them back to a normal state. Where I can feel like myself, comfortable in my skin, and have my confidence back to show off my legs. The work mentality is the work isn’t done until everyone is satisfied with the results and everything is gone. I highly recommend this fine group and will continue going to them. They have a great and wonderful personality. They make it a peaceful experience and like to make you feel comfortable. They will talk about everything under the sun, make you laugh, and give you a great time to keep your mind off what is going on.
